Pharning Jana, a 43-year-old male with locomotor disability, attended tailoring training at Wellspring Social Service Society in 2012 and excelled in tailoring and embroidery. As a member of DPO Mawkhap and IFAD, he received a 40% disability certificate and government pension. Selected for the MSSDS sustainable livelihood project, he completed a refresher course in 2018 with full attendance. Now self-employed, he earns about Rs.150/- daily from stitching orders, supplemented by loans from NHFDC for expanding his business into grocery, poultry, piggery, fishing, and purchasing an auto rickshaw for mobility
