Pharning Jana, a 43-year-old male with locomotor disability, attended tailoring training at Wellspring Social Service Society in 2012 and excelled in tailoring and embroidery. As a member of DPO Mawkhap and IFAD, he received a 40% disability certificate and government pension. Selected for the MSSDS sustainable livelihood project, he completed a refresher course in 2018 with full attendance.
